Hello,
Welcome to Learning4Legals Law School, my name is Dawn Yalbur and I will be taking you through the practical framework of Residential Conveyancing. I should like to say from the outset that I am not a Solicitor, I am a Residential Fee Earner, having worked my way up from a secretarial position. At the end of this course you will not become a qualified solicitor it is purely aimed at Students, Post Graduates, Legal Assistants and Legal Secretaries or anybody who would like to learn the procedures.
-
In this syllabus you will gain a great understanding in the methodical procedures contained in a Sale and Purchase of a Freehold Property and it will help you through the transactional procedures.
This course will provide you with information on how to set out letters, type up forms and where to find information. There is also a scheduled list to guide you through these transactional stages.
There will be an opportunity of answering the questionnaire correctly at the end of the syllabus in order to obtain a Certification in this level of Residential Conveyancing.
